At Ievale Art Gallery, every phone case is more than an accessory — it is a one-of-a-kind artwork, created from original designs and produced exclusively for you after your order is placed.

We focus on quality, detail, and a smooth customer experience — from the moment you discover our designs to the moment you unbox your case.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All our custom phone cases are made using a print-on-demand process.

This means:

• each item is produced individually for the customer

• items are not pre-made or stored in stock

• products cannot be resold or reused

Because of this, custom-made products are not eligible for the standard 14-day return (withdrawal) right under EU consumer protection laws, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept this.

2. Production & Shipping Time

Each phone case is carefully produced before shipping.

Estimated timeline:

• Production: 2–5 business days

• Shipping: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or logistics.

3. Return Requests (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

• your order number

• clear photos showing the issue

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives:

• damaged

• defective

• or incorrect

you are eligible for:

• a free replacement, or

• a full refund

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• wrong phone model selected

• incorrect size choice

• change of mind

• incorrect shipping address provided

Please double-check your order before purchase.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing time:

• 1–3 business days (approval)

• 5–10 business days (bank processing)

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After production starts, changes are no longer possible.
